Tell me about your businessYes. I use modern AI-assisted development tools to build efficiently, the same way other designers use website builders, templates and code libraries. The difference is what surrounds it: I personally direct the design, review every line of copy, test the site on real devices, deploy it, and stand behind it long after launch. You're hiring judgment and responsibility, not a robot with a keyboard.
It is. “Custom” means the site is designed around your business: your content, your colors, your structure and your goals, rather than a pre-made theme thousands of other businesses are also running. The tools help me build that one-of-a-kind result faster; they don't make it generic.
Completely. Your domain, hosting, analytics, and other website accounts live in accounts you create and control. I'm added as an invited administrator so I can build and maintain the site, but the business identity and site-specific deliverables remain yours. The initial management term is 12 months; after that, you can cancel anytime and take the site with you.
The total setup price is $698, plus $75 per month for hosting, routine maintenance, and reasonable updates to existing content. A nonrefundable $99 payment starts the project. The remaining $599 is due after you approve the layout and before the site goes live. The first $75 management payment is due at launch, followed by monthly billing during the initial 12-month term. Additional pages, advanced features, paid integrations, and major design changes are quoted before work begins and added to the appropriate invoice. Applicable sales tax is additional. Tell me about your business and I'll confirm exact scope before anything begins.
Former clients can request on-demand updates with a $125 minimum, including up to one hour of routine work. Additional time is $75 per hour, and larger changes are quoted before work begins. You can also request to restart managed service at the current rate after a site review.
Usually a few weeks, depending mostly on how quickly you can get me your content and approvals. The build itself is quick; gathering photos, service details and sign-off is what sets the pace. I'll give you a realistic target date once I've seen what you need.
